excercise is a very good stress relief, sex is perhaps better.

Sorry to hear about ur stress. It really can do a number on a body. A nice back massage would help get the tight spots out. There are many people that do this for a living. Just a thought.....here are a couple of sites that may assist u in a quest for an answer. GOOD LUCK- TAKE CARE!!
