There are tons of vocal warm-ups that singers use to warm up their voices and train. You can find CDs online or at some music stores that actually have vocal warm-ups on them.
You could sing a major or minor scales to warm up. The easiest way to play a major scale is to start on a key on the piano and go up the keys 1 whole step, 1 whole step, 1 half step, 1 whole step, 1 whole step, 1 whole step, 1 half step. That will give you a major scale. A minor scale begins with a key on the piano and progresses 1 whole step, 1 half step, 1 whole step, 1 whole step, 1 half step, 1 whole step, 1 whole step.
That's a good place to start!
I hope this helps! :)
