Hi,I did the following:
Light Bulbs?Does the light given off by light-bulbs hurt or age the skin?
Also, can the light-bulb damage the vision over time ( like when you glance into the light-bulb sometimes.) if so, is there a safe wattage?

it is safe but its harmful to stare at it continously.

Aging comes with a timing factor - time.
Light given off by bulbs (luminaries) can effect the skin and damage it. The kind of damage depends on the frequency of the light and the light intensity.
With long enough observation at a light source that has sufficient admittance, this can do permanent damage to the eye and result in partial and total blindness. I don't have a wattage value but I can confidently say it would be low. Always remember, the light source can do a lot more damage then the emitted light.

The short, accurate answer: No, it does not hurt or age the skin.
Staring into a light source like a bulb (especially unpearled) or the sun will definitely cause vision damage. It is hard to answer whether small glances into bright lights will add up over time to cause damage; mild retinal scarring can occur from lots of sources, and builds up naturally over an individual's lifetime. Unless it becomes a specific problem to the person, there's not much to worry about, as the scarring is in general too slow to seriously affect vision over the average human lifetime, before old age causes much more serious problems.
