Hi,I did the following:
what is the name for potty training pants that slips over the underwear?I want to start potty training my daughter with the pull ups cloth, but I want her to want her the training pants that slip over it just incase she makes an accident, she wont wet the couch. please help me. I'm a first time mom and I don't really have any ideas on these stuff.

You can buy rubber pants at wal mart they are little panties that go over the cloth diapers and under wear during potty training

Rubber pants are what you use over training underware and it seems walmart has the best price :) for what you get

outfits for most clothes comes with a slip cover for a diaper like under a dress. you can buy those-individually and put them over under wear or her pull up

congratulations on reaching this new milestone, and good on you for doing a little research - you can get lots of helpful tips this way.
I wouldn't recommend rubber or plastic pants as they are hot and who'd want to wear plastic pants?
What if she wore cloth training pants that had a waterproof liner built in to prevent leaks?
There are HEAPS of washable, reusable trainers to look over:

Or, use some polar fleece pants over her undies as they slow wicking well.
You can also simply add an insert to commercial trainers (as they are often pretty useless for stopping puddles)
