What vitamins can I take to improve my looks?I currently take vitamin C for skin, and Vitamin E for hair. I have seen a huge difference in my hair since I started the vitamin E, does anyone have suggestions about other vitamins that improve looks.

A general multi-vitamin, drinking plenty of water, and eating healthy are the best. When I break out, I take an L-Lysine supplement. Clears my skin right up. You can also take L-Lysine for cold sores.

instead of taking artificial vitamins take natural vitamins specially from fruits orange is best source of water and vitamin c and remove constipation which is main cause of many diseases
take water to much about 4 litre a day
