What size diapers should a 18 year old female get?My friend has a diaper fetish, And I am planning to buy her some diapers. Her therapist says she has to wear them to grow out of it. Usually they have weight recommendations listed with the size. At least they do with diapers for children. They have diapers for kids that wet the bed that go up to 80 lbs, I think. I'm guessing adult diapers also go by weight.
There's a fetish for pretty much anything; I'm guessing you can get diapers online from some kinky sex site as well, if you wanted to go that route.

adult nappies [just the uk term for adult diapers] are in regular sizes like clothes,but are a lot looser fitting-
small
medium
large
extra large
extra extra large

unless she has a very big bum,very large legs at the top,and a very large belly she wont need large as large accomodates alot of space already,so in that case go for one of the smaller sizes.

not all of them are nappies/diapers,some are pullup pads which have less bulk-no taping required and are designed for milder toileting issues,see if they both mean the same thing to her as she may prefer having something as less hidden as a pullup pad instead of a full nappy/diaper.
