Most off-the-shelf products are safe (still, better look at the ingredients to be sure).
Most of the stuff on the prohibited substances is also very expensive and you won't generally find them in off-the-shelf products.
So protein shakes, gainers, and even creatine and nitric oxide products are "safe" (WADA-wise, what it does to your body is another question).
