Where can I listen to free tracks about Stress Reduction and raise self esteem?I am 14 years old and I feel depressed. I am depressed because I get red and blotchy on my face, neck, and upper arms for no reason. It lowered my self esteem, and confidence. Do you know any free websites where I can listen to stuff that reduces my stress and depression, gain confidence and just be happier?

See a doctor and ask for a referral to a dermatologist (skin specialist). See http://www.selfhelpmagazine.com There is a section on stress, but also go to the meditation room, select: "try it out" & "mantra meditation", you might want to try repeating the word: "easy", for 20 mins. Tai Chi & yoga can help. Exercise vigorously for 30 - 60 mins, daily; eat healthily, & keep occupied.
